“There’s not much you can say about rubber encased LED’s. The lights aren’t that bright when used on a sunny summers day, but aside from that they are great. My daughter loves them. Pros: Great Value, Rugged”

“These ‘jewels’ were loads of fun for adults and kids alike. They are very tactile as they have a soft/rubbery feel. They are a little harder for children to grab under the water (unlike hoops/zoggs they don’t have an easy grab handle/hole etc) but this is more than made up for by the light feature. It did have to be quite dark to be able to see the lights – you can’t see them at all in the pool in the day time. Due to the need to keep the battery area watertight the batteries can not be changed and the packaging gives no indication as to how many times you can expect to use them before their batteries run out. Overall though they were kind of magical and definitely got the kids excited to go back in the pool after dusk.”

“These are great, very simple but provide hours of fun either for a small child who will just love to watch them flashing and fish them out of the bath or the shallow end of the swimming pool. They’re also good for older children beginners and confident swimmers for games collecting the gems from the bottom of the pool. We’ve had them for about a month now and the flashes are still going strong as you would expect but that’s my only reservation that once the battery has run out there’s no way of replacing it for obvious safety reasons. Having said that the gems would still be good to play with, they’re plenty bright enough to be seen in the water without the flashing.”

“The lights encourage swimming to be fun and little ones gain the confidence to put their faces in the water whilst confident swimmers can see how far they can swim up the pool before the lights go out.  The can be used to play lots of water confidence building games and although they would not be suitable for my daughter to compete in sadly (could you imagine how they would look flashing away on the starting blocks before she dived in to compete in a race!!) they are a great swim item and I think very competitively priced at £10.99″

“On our recent trip to Butlins we tried out both the Gemglows and the Coinglows and I was really impressed by the concept, design and how easy it was to get them to light up.  Tala played with them happily throwing them into the water and of course letting me retrieve them.  I was asked by several other parents in the pool about the product and one little boy played alongside Tala for ages with them diving and collecting the coins and gems.”

“Great hat, looks really cool thanks”

“I got two Swimdana’s as a Christmas present and I’m completely pleased with the product. It’s easy to put on and because it’s bandana for swimming it fits perfectly and keeps my hair in place. It’s very comfortable to wear and the material feels nice too. I got 2 colours blue and pink and they are exactly like on the website. I can’t wait for holidays to give it a try.”

“Hi Clare, my 5 yr old daughter has worn the swimdana twice now. The first time it came off when she jumped in the pool, my fault as i had not done it tight enough. She wore it today with great success. She jumped in, swam under water and all activites and it stayed put and contained her pony tail beneath it. I am very pleased with it.”
