Q: How long will the batteries last in the Gogglows?
A: Approximately 2,500 activations @ 30 seconds each
Q: Will the Gogglows L.E.D lights shine into my eyes?
A: No, because the Gogglows include a patented light shield to protect the users eyes.
Q: Will the L.E.D lights get hot if used continually?
A: No, the L.E.D’s do not emit any heat.
Q: Can I get an electric shock from the goggles?
A: No, because the Gogglows use a low power watch type battery making them 100% safe.
Q: Are the Gogglows batteries replaceable?
A: No, but with 2,500 activations they should last for a very long time.
Q: What will happen if I forget to turn off the lights?
A: You can not forget to turn the lights off, as they will automatically switch off after 30 seconds.
Q: How bright are the L.E.D lights?
A: The Gogglows lights can easily be seen from one end of the pool to the other.
Q: How long will the Gogglows last?
A: The Gogglows will last as long as any other swimming goggles.
Q: Can I wear the Gogglows in the sea or a salt water swimming pool?
A: Yes, please treat the Gogglows the same as any other pair of swimming goggles.
Q: How do you switch on the Gogglows, Gemglows and Coinglows?
A: The flashing Goggles and Dive toys, have a 100% waterproof button under the surface of the silicone casing.
Q: How fast do the Gemglows and Coinglows sink?
A: The Gemglows sink faster than the Coinglows as the Gems sink straight down to the bottom of the swimming pool, whereas the Coins sway down and stand on their edge so it is easier to collect .
Q: Will the Gemglows or Coinglows hurt my foot if I accidentally step on one in the water?
A: No, because they are made from soft silicone.
Q: Will I be allowed to use the Gemglows and Coinglows in a public swimming pool.
A: Check with the staff or life guard but it should not be a problem.
Q: Should I wash the Gemglows or Coinglows with clean water after use?
A: There is no need to wash them but it won’t hurt them if you do.
Q: If I lose one Gemglow or Coinglow can I buy just one from you?
A: Email us and we will see what we can do.
Q: Will the Gogglows fit my face?
A: The Gogglows are unisex and are designed to fit most junior swimmers.
Q: Will the Swimdana fit both adults and children?
A: Yes, the Swimdana is an adjustable swimming cap and will fit all members of your family.
Q: Can the Swimdana be used for swimming lessons and will it fall-off when I dive in to the pool?
A: The Swimdana is perfect for swimming lessons as you will not have the discomfort and tightness of a silicone hat as the Swimdana is adjustable, therefore giving you a great fit and will not fall-off when you dive into the pool.
Q: Will the Swimdana keep my hair dry whilst swimming?
A: No, the Swimdana will not keep your hair dry, however the Swimdana material will protect your head from the UV rays, keep your hair out of your eyes and face during swimming but to give you the maximum comfort and adjustable feature, there is no waterproof membrane to stop your hair from getting wet.
