Returns Information:

For any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return your item/s within 7 working days however, the buyer must also give notice in writing to Swimglows business address or by sending an e-mail before the item is returned.

We cannot accept returns if the product has been used and it must be in its original shipped condition including packaging. Please just return the item and advise us the reason for the return.

To receive a refund the item must be unused and condition as new. Any returns should be sent at your cost.

Customers should obtain a proof of postage when returning goods to us as we can not be responsible for non-receipt of returned items.

We will then process a refund to your payment method (excluding p&p) providing the above conditions are satisfied.

All shortages / breakages / faulty goods / order errors must be reported in writing to Swimglows within 48 hours.

If a product has been taken apart or tampered with, the customer will not  be eligible to receive a replacement or refund.

When contacting Swimglows please state your paypal name, date of purchase and dispatch address so we can locate your invoice details for proof of purchase.

Online Discount:

£2.50 for every £20.00 spent, (excluding postage and packaging) to a maximum of £10.00 discount.

Delivery:

We know our customers want to receive their goods as QUICKLY as possible, so we will dispatch all orders taken before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail via 1st class delivery.

Swimglows can not be held responsible for any delays in the postal service.

For international shipping, the customer is responsible for any local charges such as duty, taxes, brokerage fees etc which may be incurred.
